Here we see beginning news writing students working with instructor Kaylene Nelsen, a graduate student and 20-year newspaper veteran, in our brand new computer lab. . The new lab is equipped with 16 "screaming" fast pentium computers... . Ours is the first lab on campus to be fully functional with Windows '95 operating system... . Much of the credit goes to student lab attendant (and co-webmaster) Ben Godfrey... . The lab is connected to the campus network and the Internet via a high-speed ethernet connection. And, of course the latest Internet applications are part of the lab... . A new laser printer rounds out the facility... .
