Job responsibilities include: provide administrative support for the Director of Scholarships in coordinating Foundation, Departmental, Outside, and Athletic scholarship programs. Process off-campus scholarships, financial aid transcripts. Handle overall administration and secretarial responsibilities for the Director of Scholarships. Handle student and parent walk-in and telephone requests concerning the availablity of scholarships. Assist in the communication of information to address scholarship inquiry requests. Establish and maintain the Scholarship Department home page. Establish and assist in designing a new information system to serve the university. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
