For our fifth anniversary season, the passion of Puccini, the Romance of Rome, the spectacle and splendor of Tosca will at last grace the stage of the Ellen Eccles Theatre for the first time in her 74-year history.
To complement the grandeur of Tosca will be the "Belle Epoch" elegance of The Merry Widow, a Viennese operetta by Franz LÈhar. One of the most beloved works of the entire repertory, The Merry Widow spins out some of the most remarkable melodies ever written.
Our third offering brings us to a new level of achievement and excitement. We are honored to announce the first revival of Loesser's Greenwillow. Many Loesser devotees believe it to be his best musical work. Come share the magic!
